PESHAWAR: A large quantity of smuggled goods was seized with the cooperation of local police and intelligence agencies.
On the instructions of the Chairman FBR and DG Customs Intelligence, DI Khan Customs Intelligence seized smuggled tires and other valuable items worth millions of rupees.
Director Customs Intelligence Dr. Karam Elahi thanked the KP Police and intelligence agencies for their full cooperation in successful operations against smuggling.
It should be noted that Customs Intelligence has started major operations against smuggling in the past few days.
Since July, Peshawar Customs Intelligence has seized approximately two billion rupees worth of smuggled foreign goods, including cloth, tires, Iranian diesel, and other items, excluding drugs.
