QUETTA: Khuzdar Customs conducted two major operations at Sooran and Khurkhera check posts and recovered 6.0 tons of betel nut worth Rs30 million.
Betel nut was recovered from a Quetta-Karachi passenger bus and a truck wherein smuggled betel nut was concealed under chromite rocks.
In line with the directives of Member Customs Zeba Hai Azhar and Chief collector Customs Yaqoob mako, Collector Customs Khuzdar Imran Bukhari, Additional Collector Sajid Baloch, Deputy Collector Rana Umair are undertaking the anti-smuggling campaign.
