KARACHI: Two accused Shehzad Yousuf and Abdul Waheed Jatoi were admitted to bail against solvent surery of Rupees 200,000 and PR Bond in the like amount by Control for Narcotics Court (CNS-II) Karachi. Umer Farooq Advocate represented the accused.
According to details a container was put on hold in SAPT terminal, ANF examination yard ready for export.
During examination 3200 strips of Xanax tablets weighing 75 kilograms were recovered which were concealed in bottom of the container leading to lodging of F.I.R and arrest of accused who provided Form E to alleged international smuggler Ashfaq H Hussain owner of the consignment.
Umer Farooq Advocate argued that offence is bailable and applicants have only provided E forms on good faith.
