KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh restrained Commissioner Inland Revenue from passing any adverse final order or black listing a petitioner company Ali Computers.

The petitioner company moved the court against suspension of Sales Tax
Registration being ‘suspected’ on ground of filing “unlawful revised
tax return”.

Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate appearing for the petitioner company
challenging the show cause notice issued on above ground argued that returns are filed “Online” hence no unlawful revision can be doctored by any filer. She also prayed for the provisional restoration till the petition is decided.
