KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi while suspending demand notice for recovery of Sales Tax, Income Tax ordered the department to process the Goods Declaration filed by the petitioner company.
Biotech Prvite limited challenged the demand notice claiming exemptions. The bench after hearing a lawyer from Franklin Law Associates appearing for the petitioner and collectorate of customs concerned orderd that GD’s filed be processed as per law.
