KARACHI: A appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Abdul Malik Gaddi on Wednesday while hearing an application by intervener Kashif Masood for vacating a stay deferred hearing till March 13.
The applicant represented by Dil khuarram Shaheen advocate prayed to the court that oil tanker, subject matter of a suit and a case of alleged smuggling was pending a decision since 2012. The counsel said that delay is hurting the applicant who wants stay in the main suit atleast in respect of the applicants vehicle be vacated.
The bench on Wednesday affording last opportunity to the customs fixed march 13 as next date of hearing.
