KARACHI: A customs appellate bench directed the Pakistan Customs to release consignments imported by Fauji Trans Terminal Limited, a subsidiary of Fauji Foundation.
The petitioner company which imports/exports oil filed the petition claiming exemptions under SRO 478 of 2015. The concession was available to machines imported under the said SRO.
The bench after hearing the sides ordered the custom authorities concerned to release the consignment provisionally after the importer/petitioner deposit security.
