KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Mrs Ashraf Jahan on Wednesday put Chairman Export Processing Zone (EPZ), Collectorate of Exports and Collector, West, Pakistan Customs for March 28.
The bench was hearing a petition filed by Reliance Petrochemicals which impugned an order by the EPZ authorities. The petitioner owns and maintains a manufacturing bonded ware house at Pak-Afghan border. The export was denied to the petitioner on ground of compulsory “Stock Verification”.
The bench today heard a counsel from Franklin Law Associates and ordered issuance of notices to the respondents for March 28.
