KARACHI: Hearing dozens of constitution petitions filed by automobile manufacturers since 2019, a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh sought a specific response from Chairman FBR in respect of concessions announced for the sector.
The bench heard counsel for the leading petitioner and Counsel for respondents. The petitioner side mainly focussed that concession is not limited to custom duty but also to Additional Custom Duty also.
The Reply is to be submitted by 22.4.2025.
