KARACHI: Muhammad Nasir son of Muhammad Hussain, an importer was admitted to protective bail against a solvent surety of rupees 50000 by a bench of High Court of Sindh. The accused was booked by Post Clearance Audit department of Pakistan Customs in a case of submitting fake EIF (Electronic Import Form).
Siddique Zia Advocate representing the applicant/accused submitted that applicant name do not appear in First Information Report (FIR) and he was implicated in final challan. The counsel stated that applicant intends to surrender before the trial court but apprehends arrest before he reaches trial court.
The bench after hearing the arguments admitted accused to protective bail against surety of rupees 50,000.
