KARACHI: A petition seeking shifting of goods from Karachi International Container Terminal was dismissed on Friday by the customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Mahmood A Khan.
The bench earlier heard counsel for petitioner and Khalid Rajpar advocate for Pakistan Customs and observed matter between Road Master and Master Motors is subjudice before court in a suit. The bench questioned that when suits/litigations of civil nature are pending before the court how petition can be maintainable on same issue.
