KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Friday ordered production of a vehicle, an Isuzu Trooper seized by custom officials allegedly without assigning any reason.

A counsel for the petitioner told the bench that the import papers and other documents are available as well as auction papers. To another query by the court, the counsel submitted that vehicle was at a workshop near Cantt Railway Station when the respondents took it into custody. Every time we request for return of vehicle, the custom officials extend threats of booking us in a criminal case.
