KARACHI: Pakistan has received first installment of US$500 million from Qatar.
Qatar this week approved US$3 billion for Pakistan.
Arrival of first tranche will improve foreign exchange reserves to US$14.8 billion from 14.38 billion.
Qatar will give US$3 billion dollars in shape of deposits and foreign investments.
