KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan on Thursday ordered issuance of notices to the custom officials for August 2019 in vehicles detention case.
The petitioners Asif Bhutto and Eraj Ahmed sought release of their vehicles Toyota Land Cruiser as Special Customs Appellate Tribunal has ruled in favor of the petitioners but the orders were not being implemented.
The bench after hearing Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate, counsel for petitioners ordered issuance of notices to the respondents in August after summer vacations.
