LONDON: Telit Communications, a global enabler of the Internet of Things (IoT), has appointed Paolo Dal Pino Chief Executive Officer and Simon Duffy Non-Executive Chairman, both with immediate effect.
[the_ad id=”32940″]Paolo joined Telit as Non-Executive Chairman in September 2018. He then became Executive Chairman the same month and led the Group transformation and repositioning with a real focus on profitability and cash generation.
Simon was appointed senior non-executive director in November 2017 and was interim Chairman from June to August 2018.
Simon Duffy, Non Executive Chairman, commented: “Paolo’s appointment provides the Group and all our stakeholders with continuity. He has been driving the business over the last nine months, including the rationalisation of our operational structure and the better integration of our products and services.”
Paolo Dal Pino, Chief Executive Officer, said: “Over the last nine months, we have been concentrating on the fundamentals of the core business, having reshaped our IoT Platform and enhanced its go to market strategy.
