KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) ordered Pakistan Customs to deposit the securities encashed but East Collectorate.
The bench was hearing a petition filed by Sales & Service Pvt Limited. A counsel from Franklin Law Associates appearing for the petitioner company submitted that securities were deposited for provisional release which were being encashed while matter is subjudiced before the court. The bench after hearing counsel for petitioner ordered the department to deposit the encashed securities before next of hearing fixed to be May 20.
