KARACHI: Faiz Rasool Shah Rashidi,, Judge, Special Customs Court, Karachi admitted an accused / applicant Adnan Sani to bail against a solvent surety of rupees 100,000.
He was booked by the Pakistan Customs, Preventive for owning a non-custom paid vehicle, a Toyota Surf. Earlier Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate representing the accused submitted that Sindh High Court has ordered release of the vehicle in dispute hence resting the controversy aside. The appellant/accused is thus entitled to bail, she argued. The bench after hearing the counsel for applicant admitted him to bail.
