KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Munib Akhtar and Justice Fasial Agha ordered production of a Toyota Prado vehicle on April 05.
The counsel for petitioner Al-Hamd submitted that the vehicle was detained by the DIT on accusation that it was a non-custom paid vehicle. The counsel submitted that the vehicle was an old vehicle, 2002 model and duly registered having a valid number plate.
The bench after hearing initial arguments ordered respondent officials of DIT, Pakistan Customs to produce the vehicle on April 5.
