KARACHI: The High Court of Sindh has stayed the FBR’s order dated July 01, 2024, which had transferred Superintendent Irshad Shah (BS-17) to Admin Pool.
Irshad Shah had been put to Admin Pool on the recommendations of a fact finding committee that Irshad Shah was not suitable for posting in the Directorate General of Customs Intelligence and Investigation.
In response to a petition filed by Irshad Shah, Sindh high Court has stayed his transfer to the Admin Pool and fixed the hearing for August 15, 2024. Shah will continue in his current capacity till August 15.
