LONDON: EN+ Group International announced that Dr Igor Lojevsky, independent non-executive director of the Company, died on 12 April 2020 after a short illness.
The Board extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to Dr Lojevsky’s family and would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude for his significant contribution to the Company.
A new independent non-executive director will be appointed to the EN+ Group Board in due course.
Lord Barker, Executive Chairman of En+ Group said: “We are all terribly shocked by this tragic news. Dr Igor Lojevsky was a great colleague. He was wise, thoughtful and a much valued independent member of our new board. Although he had only served for just over a year with the En+ Group, he had already made a distinct and important contribution, drawing on his sectoral experience gained at the World Bank and his many years as a distinguished and senior investment banker. He will be sorely missed by all of us.”
