KARACHI: An application filed by Shaikh International for return of security deposited in the form of pay orders was allowed here on Tuesday by a division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan.
Adnan Motan advocate appearing for the applicant petitioner informed the bench that Order in Revision has been passed in favour of his client and later a NOC was also issued.
The Standing Counsel appearing for the State did not oppose the application which was then granted by the court. The Nazir of the court was ordered to return the pay orders worth rupees 884, 000.
