KARACHI: The Directorate of Customs Valuation has determined the customs values of Aluminum Utensils vide Valuation Ruling No.1060/2017.
A representation was received from the Gujranwala Chambers of Commerce & Industry that Aluminum utensils are being assessed at lower values compared to the component costs and international trading prices.
Therefore an exercise was initiated to examine the issue and determine the customs values of the goods.
The customs values of aluminum non-stick kitchen ware with or without glass lid under PCT 7615.1000 of China are fixed at $5.75/kg.
The customs values of aluminum cooking ware (simple/plane & anodized) under PCT 7615.1000 of China are fixed at $3.5/kg.
