KARACHI: A custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) granting applications for urgent hearings in two Special Customs Reference Applications (SCRA’s) filed by Collector of Customs (East) through Sardar Zafar Hussain advocate suspended order of the tribunal passed in Custom Appeal No 1799 and 1800 of 2023.
Messer’s Lakhani Corporation is respondent in these SCRAs pertaining to imports. The new date of hearing is fixed to be March 05, 2025.
