ISLAMABAD: A two member bench of Federal Services Tribunal dismissed an appeal No 112 (L)/2024 challenging a notification promoting 15 Deputy Directors of F.I.A to the post of Additional Directors.
One Ijaz Ahmed filed the appeal in which the FST issued interim stay on 17.4.2024. The bench however heard the respective counsel in detail and dismissed the appeal.
The promoted officers include Sami-ur-Rahman Jami, Bilal Aslam Khan, Ahmed Rizwan Khan, Syed Irteza Haider, Muhammad Amir Nawaz, Khurram Saeed Rana, Kashif Mustafa, Aisha Agha Khan, Iftikhar Ahmed Khan, Liaqat Ali, Saeed Ahmed Memon, Nadeem Zafar, Syed Rizwan Shah, Muhammad Tahir Tanveer and Syed Imam Ali Zaidi.
