KARACHI: A constitutional petition filed by Messer’s Fornaz Icon (Pvt) Limited was disposed of by a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh for having served its purposed.
As the matter came up for hearing, Sardar Zafar Hussain Advocate submitted that identical issue is pending before SHC in a number of petitions and the goods of petitioner have been released provisionally.
The counsel for petitioner also supported such contention at which the bench disposed of the petition holding that it had served its purposed. The bench however ordered that fate of the amount secured before Nazir of SHC for release of consignment shall be subject to out-come of identical petitions.
