KARACHI: A number of applications seeking corrections in the orders passed by Custom Appellate bench of High Court of Sindh were allowed by the bench.
The applicants maintained in the applications that incorrect number of Goods Declarations (GDs) were mentioned in the orders which is causing delay in clearance.
The bench noting the necessity for correction allowed the applications at which the amended orders were issued mentioning correct GD numbers.
