KARACHI: The return of amount deposited as surety by Harmain Trading Corporation was allowed by a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh comprising Justice Muhammad Junaid Ghaffar and Justice Adnan-ul-Karim Memon.
The company filed the request through Franklin Law Associates. As the application was taken up for hearing, the counsel for custom stated that department has no objection as matter has been settled between the petitioner/ applicant out of court.
The bench after this statement granted the application directing the Nazir to release the deposited amount after realizing his fee.
