KHUZDAR: Khuzdar Customs in an anti-smuggling operation near Sorab has recovered smuggled goods worth Rs50 million. The seized goods include betel nut, gutkha, spices, dry fruits and tyres. Police assisted the Customs in this raid.
It may be mentioned here that Soran Customs in an earlier operation recovered 38kg charas from a house at Wadh.
On the directives of Collector Imran Bukhari, Additional Collector Sajid Baloch, Deputy Collector Rana Umair and staff have increased the vigilance in the area.
