KARACHI: A special custom reference application filed by Collector of Customs against a common order of Custom Appellate Tribunal passed in favor of one Kazim Raza and another and also allowed a petition filed by Falcon Oil Filing Station seeking implementation of order of the tribunal.
The controversy pertains to storing and selling of the petroleum products.
The bench noted that no question of law arised out of impugned judgment hence SCRA is dismissed. The bench with above order also allowed constitution petition seeking implementation of order by the tribunal.
The petitioner company was represented by noted law firm Franklin Law Associates.
