KARACHI: Administrative Judge Anti Terrorism Court (ATC XII), Karachi admitted Muhammad Junaid booked by FIA Counter Terrorism Wing to bail against solvent surery of Rupees 300,000.
Umer Farooq Advocate appeared for the accused facing charges under Section 11,H,I,J,K, 21-C (7) ATA read with section 21 D of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA).
The accused applicant file bail in August 2020 which was decided today
Umer Farooq Advocate representing the applicant submitted that he was employee of Barkati Money Exchange company and acted on instructions of the owner. He was not aware that money generated from Indian intelligence agency RAW and was filed out allegedly to Qamar Mansoor ex MPA of Muttahida Qaumi Movement.
The court after hearing both sides admitted the applicant/accused to bail against solvent surety of Rupees 300,000.
