QUETTA: Field Enforcement Unit Yaroo of Customs Enforcement Quetta has seized large quantity of smuggled goods dumped at godown situated at Hazargangi.
Information was passed through Collector Mr. Sami Ul Haq that high value smuggled goods are dumped at godown situated at Hazargangi. A raid team was constituted by Mr. Moeen Afzal Additional Collector, comprising of Mr. Haseeb Hassan Assistant Collector, Shahzad Akhtar Superintendent, Farhan Malik inspector, Haji Bashir Ahmed Inspector, Watan Dost Inspector, Najeebullah inspector with assistance of Intelligence Bureau Quetta recovered large quantity of smuggled cloth, Chinese salt and betel nut. The value of the seized goods is Rs17.4 million. An FIR is lodged and further proceedings are underway.
