QUETTA: Another milestone was achieved by Pakistan Custom on Monday as first ever TP consignment from Iran via Taftan border reached Quetta Dry port.
The event is a major headway towards digitization, modernization and facilitation to legal trade
The goal was achieved due to efforts by Chief Collector Balochistan M Sadiq and his team of Appraisement including Collector Appraisement Rashid Habib, Additional Collector Khayal Muhammad and Aftab Ullah Shah, Deputy Collector Kaleemullah Wagan, Assistant Collector Umar Aziz, Superintendent Faisal Siddiq and Nadir Ali Qureshi of Pral, The first consignment was received at a simple and impressive ceremony at Quetta Dry Port.
The distinguished guests include Haji Fojan, President Dry Fruits Importers & Exporters Association and Alamgir Durrani, renowned clearing agent.
