KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) allowed release of goods on payment of undisputed amount of duty and taxes with the collectorate concerned and disputed amount secured with Nazir of the court.
The bench was hearing a constitution petition filed by Messers S.K. Company through Asad Khan Advocate. The Chairman FBR, Collector, Appraisement, East and West and Director General Valuation were cited as respondents.
The counsel for petitioner relied upon order and directions passed in CP 6463/ 2021 and said it is identical in nature and may be decided as such.
The bench reproducing the earlier order allowed the petition on same terms and conditions.
