KARACHI: Hearing a constitution petition filed by an importer Faiz Muhammad seeking implementation of order of the Special Customs Appellate Tribunal (SCAT), a custom appellate bench of High Court of Sindh ordered implmentation of the order.
The bench earlier heard Manzar Hussain Memon Advocate and Deputy Attorney General Kafeel Abbasi. Dr Shahnawaz Memon advocate filed vakalatnama for the department and sought time at which the bench adjourned the matter for a week observing that if order of the tribunal was not implemented it would summon the officer concerned.
