KARACHI: The office of the Director General Trade Organizations (DGTO) has asked the All Pakistan Customs Agents Association to comply with the order of High Court of Sindh dated 21-09-2021.
SHC while hearing a suit filed by Wasiq Hussain putting the APCAA and others on notice for Oct 05, has restrained the defendant association from holding elections scheduled for today i.e Sept 22.
A Deputy Director from the office ef the Regulator/DGTO referred to the order by SHC bench and asked the APCAA to comply with directions by the superior court.
