KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh disposed of a petition filed by D TO D Logistics (pvt) Ltd challenging non-renewal of Import/Export License.
The Chairman F.B.R, Collector Customs Appraisement West, Director General License, and Additional Director Afghan Transit Trade were cited as respondents in the petition.
As the petition was taken up Imran Ali Mithani and Afsheen Aman advocate appearing for the Collector Customs filed a written reply on behalf of the respondents. The bench was informed that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and license has been renewed.
The counsel for respondents placed copy of the renewed license on record which was also supplied to the counsel for Petitioner Syed Safdar Ali advocate.
The bench later disposed of the petition as having served its purpose.
