Transfer of custom officer despite notice:
KARACHI: A division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) ordered issuance of notice to Chief Collector, Pakistan Custom and others in a petition filed by Custom Inspector Momin Hussain Shah.
According to details, High Court of Sindh has restrained custom officers from transferring the applicant. However in violation of orders of the SHC, the petitioner was transferred to Sialkot.
The matter was brought to the notice of the court by Zakir Leghari advocate which after hearing initial arguments ordered issuance of show cause notice for Aug 17 when main petition as well as application for contempt of court will be heard.
