KARACHI: An official working in BPS 16 as Assistant Private Secretary to Special Custom, Excise & Taxation Court Judge, Karachi was transferred to National Accountability Court VIII, Karachi with immediate effect.
According to a notification issued by Federal Ministry of Law & Justice, he has been relieve of his present posting and was asked to join new place of posting forthwith.
The transfer came amid complaints against the trial court judge and allegations of corruption at the trial court which normally hears cases of custom duty, tax evasion etc.
