KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh on Monday asked a counsel to state correct facts.
The bench was hearing a petition filed by one Yamin Ali challenging detention of a smuggled vehicle.
During the course of arguments, the bench inquired about documents and found that Delivery Order pertain to auto parts and not automobile.
The counsel was unable to satisfy the court about registration and import documents and said “normally all documents are fake”.
The argument was taken seriously by the bench which dismissed the petition while allowing the connected SCRA filed by the department.
