QUETTA: MCC Appraisement Quetta has collected Customs Duty of Rs. 696 million as against target  of  Rs. 559 million during November 2020, surpassing the target by 25 percent.

During the period July-November 2020, the Collectorate has collected Customs Duty of Rs. 3.001 billion as against target of Rs. 2.346 billion surpassing the target by impressive 28 percent.

The collectorate made this achievement under the inspiring leadership of Gul Rehman, Chief Collector Balochistan and Abdul Waheed Marwat, Collector MCC (A&F) Quetta and relentless efforts of all team members.

Collector  appraisement Abdul Waheed Murwat  stated that this collection is the result of the all out combined efforts of the whole team leading by Chief Collector Gul Rehman and in his inspiring  leadership. FBR lauded the Collectorate on its unprecedented performance.

Customs department is playing a vital role in generating revenue for national exchequer and MCC Appraisement  Quetta is utilizing all available resources and means to enhance revenue generation for the country.

Moreover, Baluchistan Customs foiled an attempt to smuggle large quantity of foreign origin diesel at Panjgor. Panjgor Customs Mobile Squad recovered 35,000 liters of Irani diesel worth Rs10 million.
