ISLAMABAD: As per the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Current Account Deficit (CAD) in April 2020 amounts to $572 million versus $9 million recorded in March 2020.
A massive jump on sequential basis. Huge decline in exports have reflected in this massive surge in CAD.
Current account deficit in July to April 2020 (10MFY20) stood at $3.343 billion, versus $11.449 billion same period last year.
