KARACHI: A customs appellate bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Mahmood A Khan sought comments in a case of detaining a Toyota Hiace vehicle.
Ms Dil Khurram Shaheen advocate appeared for the petitioner alleging that the Hyderabad customs took the vehicle into custody. Khalil Dogar advocate appearing for the respondent customs undertook to file power on behalf of the respondents.
The bench after the statement adjourned further proceedings.
