SYDNEY: ECS Botanics Holdings Ltd announced its distribution partner Just Foods Australia Pty Ltd (JFA) has secured the distribution of ECS Botanics 250ml Hemp Oil product into 850 Woolworths stores.
ECS expects to dispatch the first order intended for Woolworths stores on 13 January 2020.Total revenue to be generated from the distribution to Woolworths is uncertain at this time, with no minimum volumes guaranteed.
Woolworths is Australia’s largest supermarket chain with 995 stores across Australia and 115,000 employees, and has a focus on working closely with Australian growers and farmers to deliver quality products to Australian consumers.
Alex Keach, Managing Director of ECS, commented: “This is a very large step in our commercial strategy and shows the strength of our new distribution partner JFA, who has delivered very early on in the relationship. We expect to update the market regarding wider distribution of ECS products as retailer range reviews are completed and JFA meets with further retail groups.”
