KARACHI: Directorate of Customs Intelligence Karachi has seized large quantity of smuggled goods recovered from a passenger bus.
Information was received through Director Irfan Javed regarding transportation of smuggled goods through passenger buses plying between Quetta and Karachi.
Superintendent ASO along with his team reacted to the information and seized a passenger bus coming from Quetta to Karachi
On examination, 400 cartons of Irani biscuits, 25 bags of Irani milk, 100 bundles of plastic shoppers and 300 cartons of Iranian tiles were recovered.
ASO of Customs Intelligence Karachi has also arrested two persons. Further investigations are underway.
