KARACHI: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has linked extension of due date of income tax return and statement for Tax Year 2019 with payment of all the due taxes.
Member FBR (Inland Revenue – Operations) Seema Shakil has advised all chief commissioners of inland revenue to ensure that before granting extension in the date of filing if income tax returns for Tax Year 2019 in the cases where last date of filing of income tax returns is September 30, 2019, the admitted tax liability is discharged before September 30.
