KARACHI: The authorities of Pakistan Customs, Hyderabad were directed by a division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Justice Aqeel Ahmed Abbasi and Justice Zulfiqar Ahmed Khan to produce a Toyota Hiace van detained by them.
The vehicle was confiscated on alleged charge of being smuggled one and non custom duty paid.
The bench after hearing the counsel for petitioner ordered that vehicle be produce before the Nazir of this court on July 08.
