KARACHI: ASO of Directorate of Customs Intelligence & Investigation, Karachi is pursuing a campaign against warehouses and shops housing smuggled goods and seized various goods worth millions in the first week of May 2019.
On the directives of Director Irfan Jawaid, Superintendent Irshad Shah is continuing the drive and raided several markets in Lyari, Kharadar, F.B Area and other areas of the city.
The seized goods include smuggled Betel Nuts, 300,000 pouches of Gutka and many Non Duty paid vehicles including Toyota Mark- X car, cigarettes involving duty/taxes to the tune of Rs 16.8 million.[the_ad id=”31605″]
