KARACHI: A two member bench of Special Customs Appellate Tribunal (SCAT) comprising Jahanzaib Wala, Member Judicial and Tanveer Ahme, Member Technical allowed an appeal filed by Nizam Energy.
The appellant challenged an Order in Original passed by Adjudicating authority of Pakistan Customs which maintained an order denying the importer. Appellant concession in terms of custom duties and Income Tax under Vith Schedule in respect of LED lights and tubes.
The tribunal heard a counsel from Franklin Law Associaites appearing for the appellant and set aside the ONO. The goods have already released provisionally by a bench of High Court of Sindh.[the_ad id=”31605″]
