It may be mentioned here the incumbent Chief Collector Appraisement South Surayya Ahmed Butt has liberalized the affairs of Collectorates and collectors are free to run the affairs in their jurisdictions unlike the previous regime wherein Chief Collector Abdul Rasheed Shaikh interfered in the affairs of MCCs and himself notified transfers and postings. Shaikh posted officials on irrelevant positions such as a fresh inductee was posted in Examination, which is a sensitive position and requires certain amount of experience and skill.
