KARACHI: A custom appellate tribunal Karachi on Monday ordered provisional release of a consignment consisting of LED lights and Invertors.
The bench earlier heard counsel from Franlkin Law Associates representing petitioner Nizam Energy ltd.
The dispute was over custom duty and other taxes which according to petitioner side was subject to exemption if accompanied by batteries.
The bench while ordering provisional release ordered fixing of the case after three weeks.
